Free Returns

Our return and exchange policy:

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy for all UK customers.

Simply return your unused items in their original packaging and we will refund your total amount. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

We are happy to replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, simply call us on 01844 390208 or email info@brushgparty.co.uk for a chat.

Items not eligible for a refund:

Gift cards and Brush Party Club Subscriptions are not refundable.

For orders received over 30 days ago, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Returning gifted items:

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please obtain the receipt from the purchaser in order for us to process the return.
